Terms and Conditions of Delivery
Our logistics partners - UPS, FedEx, DPD. We exclusively provide door-to-door delivery. We reserve the right to choose the carrier in order to carry out the delivery process as efficiently as possible. The time required to produce a lamp is 10 days. In exceptional cases, it may change, which we immediately inform in a separate e-mail.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Complaints Regarding Defective Items:
Consumers have a 12-month right to complain about defects.
Defects in manufacture, materials, or incorrect information can be subject to complaint.
Submit complaints within a reasonable period, preferably immediately after discovering defect.
Returned items must be properly packaged, and you must retain shipment receipts.

RETURNS
Please check your order as soon as it gets in your hands.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
It's important to note that you are responsible for covering outbound and return shipping as well as delivery charges.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
Custom or special ordered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We take outrageus care about packagin of our products, so please send them back in original package. If cartoon was damaged during the transport to you, you need to provide supplementary packing. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue
a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
