Below you will find the terms and conditions of the Lumo Lamps online store, which includes information about how to place an order and conclude a sales contract, available delivery and payment methods, withdrawal procedures, and the complaint process. Definitions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Buyer: An individual, legal person, or entity with legal capacity.
Consumer: An individual entering into a sales agreement with the Seller not directly related to their economic or professional activity.
Store: The online store available at www.thelumostudio.com.

Preliminary Provisions
Through the Store, the Seller conducts retail sales and provides services to Buyers electronically. Buyers can purchase products displayed on the Store's pages.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyers.
To use the Store, including making purchases, Buyers do not need to meet specific technical requirements for their computer or device. The following are sufficient:
Internet access,
Standard operating system,
Standard web browser,
An active email address.
Buyers cannot make purchases in the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.
Providing unlawful content while using the Store, especially through forms available on the Store, is prohibited.
All product prices on the Store's pages are gross prices and include customs and taxes.
Electronic Services Provided
Through the Store, the Seller provides electronic services to Buyers.
The primary electronic service provided to Buyers by the Seller through the Store is enabling them to place orders. Placing orders is possible without creating an account.
If a Buyer subscribes to the newsletter, the Seller also provides the electronic service of sending email messages containing information about news, promotions, products, or services. Subscribing to the newsletter is done by completing and submitting the newsletter subscription form. Buyers can opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time.
Electronic services are provided to Buyers free of charge. Sales contracts concluded through the Store are subject to payment.
To ensure the security of Buyers and data transmission related to Store use, the Seller employs technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security risk, particularly measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
The Seller takes actions to ensure the proper functioning of the Store. Buyers should inform the Seller of any irregularities or interruptions in Store operation.
Buyers can file complaints regarding Store operation via email to contact@thelumostudio.com.
Complaints should include the buyer's name, correspondence address, details of the issue, and the nature and date of the irregularity. The Seller will address complaints within 14 days of receiving them and inform the Buyer of the resolution via email.
Placing an Order
Buyers can place orders without registration.
To place an order, Buyers must take the following steps:
Select the product(s) by clicking "Add to Cart",
From the cart view, click "Delivery Address and Payment",
Fill out the order form, providing necessary information and selecting the payment method,
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy - acceptance is voluntary but required to place an order.
Click the button to finalize the order.
Clicking the button to finalize the order redirects the Buyer to the payment gateway for payment processing. After payment, the Buyer is redirected back to the Store with an order confirmation. This marks the conclusion of the sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by Polish law, preserving Consumer rights from mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
Buyers must provide accurate personal data in the order form. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. The Seller may suspend order fulfillment if doubts arise about the accuracy of the data. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed and can clarify the situation.
Delivery Methods and Payment
Delivery methods for products are described on the Store's website and presented to Buyers during the order process.
Payment methods for orders are described on the Store's website and presented to Buyers during the order process.
The cost of delivery is borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise by the Seller on the Store's website.
Order Fulfillment
After placing an order according to the procedure in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions, an order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer's email address.
Order fulfillment involves preparing the order for delivery to the Buyer.
The fulfillment time is indicated in the product description on the Store's website. If products with different fulfillment times are included in a single order, the longest time applies to the entire order.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in applicable law.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the Consumer came into possession of the goods or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquired the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement by email.
Complaint Process
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-compliance with the contract to the extent specified by applicable laws, including the Consumer Rights Act.
The Consumer may file a complaint in writing to the Seller's email address provided in these Terms and Conditions.
The complaint should include the name, correspondence address, description of the issue, and the Consumer's request.
The Seller will address complaints within 14 days of receiving them and inform the Consumer of the resolution via email.
